Thanks for the info DaveS,but I was wondering if theres a way to add that camera view in orbiter2010?because when I place the camera there it stays on the ground instead of following the shuttle up.

Have you tried attaching a notional vessel (say, BrianJ's Spotlight2) via Universal Cargo Deck?

Maybe you could try these:
[ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3624"]CameraViewMFD[/ame]
[ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2645"]CameraMFD 0.12 Beta[/ame]
[ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=1277"]CamControl v0.3[/ame]
and for effect:

Enjoy
