Shuttle MEDS AMLCD dimentions?

Anyone happen to have a good diagram of the MEDS displays from Honeywell or Philips for the shuttle? I'm trying to nail down a few dimentions I'm not 100% sure on yet. Does the shuttle use the same displays that are in the 777? I read somewhere that they're both simular. Are they just simular in tech or actually simular in dimention? I have data on the 777 8" AMLCDs but not the shuttle ones.

The doc I have says they are the same D-size units used by the C-17 and B777. Its referenced as 6.7" square display area. The edge bezel is different, though, and I don't have a size on that.
