OHM Shuttle Fleet V4.1.6 PATCH

I have the same KU issue also. Scenario shows KU should be stowed, but it is not. Even if I remove the KU line from the scenario, problem still exists as detailed below.

Is it a Vista-related issue? I'm running Vista SP1.
