OHM Shuttle Fleet V4.0.6 Patch

This is a minor update for the Shuttle Fleet V4.0.1. This package will add the latest version of the GPCMFD (V4.0.5) along with an updated Shuttle.dll. The update to the shuttle file is that the translational thruster assignments are changed when looking through the ODS centerline camera view to be consistent with the direction of the view itself. Be sure to back-up your Shuttle.dll before installing this patch in case you don't like the change.
