Drop chaff and break into a 9g turn. Hit after burners and hit the deck. After that switch to NAV mode so its harder to be picked up on radar.

No I was referring to a civilian craft. If you had a steady enough hand, or some weird gyro-stabilized platform, as long as you stayed outside the restricted zone, you might could get pics as good as that.
