Problem Shipedit in windows10 issue

Not sure if this is the right place to post.

But I tried to open Shipedit in windows 10. and get this error message.

I have tried running it as admin also and get the same message

you may not have to set decimal seperator to \dot to get MeshWiz working like many europeans must.

Do you have the most recent version of MS VC++ 2005 x86 redistributable package installed in your system?

Ran that vcredist_86 and it works
