Hello cosmonauts, astronauts, taikonauts, etc ! I'm new at orbiter (and orbiter forum) so i hope you will not tell me "haha lolnoob" or "go use search" while answering my question :) . So, here is my question.
Today is a great day - after a weeks of fun with random orbit spaceflights and enjoying some custom addons, exploring the controls and game mechanics, i have did a great descision - a flight to the moon. I use the tutorial scenario from the game, with flight from cape canaveral to the brighton beach. I have watched it attentively, writing all the steps to the A4 list and, that, i have tryed to do this myself. First attempt was shamefully failed - after ~5 mins of flight i have entered atmosphere again, i dont know why  . Second attempt was failed to - during the midlle course correction i have mishunderstood what the MFDs sais, so i flew away above the earth/moon system. Third attempt was succesful, i have reached the moons orbit, a bit higher than in tutorial. I have slowed down to the sircle orbit and prepare to the landing.
I turned my left MFD to the VOR/VTOL mode, and prepare to connect with the base using 116.3 mhz (just like in tutorial). I have checked the VOR - there was 108.0 mhz. I though "ok, here is a NAV button, it will allow me to change from 108.0mhz to 116.3 mhz, because here is no other buttons to press". I have pressed it. Than my eyes became sircles just like my lunar orbit - the NAV button changing only the NAV1-...-NAV4 letters close to the 108.0 mhz value. In panic i search for invisible buttons - unsuccessfully. I say "Damn !" when understand, that the landing will be fully manualy. Fortunately, i was enough skilled in soft landings, but i have 0 lands on the base pads, i have only lands on "somewhere". Using the map i aim to the base cross (the map is max. zoomed). After a lot of corrections, i was 6 km away and 10 km above the base, moving over 100 m per second. After a short brake, i turned on Linear moving control and aim more carefuly. Soft touchdown, i finaly can say "oof".
So how to set 108.mhz to 116.3 mhz ?

Also, this is my first post so i want to use this opportunity to ask some newcomer question, which, i hope, is easy to answer.
1 Is it possible to add the addon which allow to do the EVA (its UMMU, right ?) to the standart scenarios, if i want, for example, the scenario where delta glider docked at Mir, or where it's landed on moon.
2 Is there somewhere any replay-style tutorials about moon-to-earth and earth/moon-to-mars transfer ? I'd like to have replay-tutorials because its much easier to understand than text- and video-style tutorials, because you can totaly joing in and whatch anythink you want to know from any point.

Also i have one question - is there any special thread for noobs questions ? I'd like to know it to avoid creating a new thread when i have some simple question which can be answered by someone skilled in 10 seconds.

Looking forward for your answers.

Via the Comm MFD, you'll see the 2 or 4 nav recievers on that panel. The reason I say '2 or 4' is because some vessles have 2 and some 4!

Thank you !
But i still want to know answers to other questions, so, if someone know the answers, please, tell me.

Yes and Yes. Dan Stephs UMMU addon allows for EVA's - However, there is not much you can do with them as the ummu is just another vehicle whose mesh happens to look like a person. There are a few things that you can use to enhance the experience so as using Kulchs URMS (Universal RMS) to move the UMMU around a space station and do 'tasks'. That's how I do my EVA's. You can download ummu from here.

Like this?

No. We do have a search facility that will hopefully find most of the answers otherwise feel free to start a new thread. We also have the #orbiter-forum IRC channel which you are free to join to ask questions or just for a chat.

Thank you, it's very useful hints.
But - this is video-style tutorial. Replay style tutorial mean a scenario, which can be launched in orbiter, with the text hints on the screen, when it's possible to watch left-right-whereveryouwant, switch cameras etc. A replay created with flight recorder (ctrl+F5). Is it possible to find ?
