Installation Scenarios not appearing

Hello.
I have just opened Orbiter 2016 and discovered that aside from the pre-recorded introductory cinematic of Space Shuttle Atlantis launching and docking to the ISS, no scenarios are visible from the launcher, although they are listed in the simulation's files. I assume it was a mistake during MSI install, but I am confused as to how I can rectify this problem.
Help would be much appreciated, thank you

If you don't see a number of directory icons, do a complete reinstall from the zip rather than the msi. If you see the directory icons, open them up and you will see your scenarios.

Directory icons? As in folders, or something else?
