Scenario Editor for version 100830?

I've been looking for a Scenario Editor compatible with version 100830 for days now, and I can't find it. Can anyone post a link to a working version that will work with 100830?

Orbiter version 100830 already has a built-in Scenario Editor. Just activate it in the Launchpad's Modules tab, and access it by pressing Ctrl+F4 during the simulation.

There should be the integral Scenario Editor that you enable at the launchpad. That is typically enough for most tasks.

Go to modules tab and activate ScenarioEditor That's all

I think he might be looking for a program to create scenarios outside of Orbiter. There is one for an old version that helped you generate the .scn files.
