Bug Scenario editor Bug?

I dectado a problem with the scenario editor, entering the Editor a new ship this associates a second tank full of fuel, and THLEVEL, which increases the mass, and makes it impossible to maneuver; if the editor is empty the second tanke the maneuver is possible.
