IMFD save config options?

I like to set GlassCockpitMode to Yes, but every time I restart orbiter the config has reset itself. Is it possible to save the configuration so I don't need to change this all the time?

AFAIK this has to be set every time, there isn't a setting for it in IMFD.cfg.
