Rocket test add-ons

Is there an add-on for all the rocket tests that happened for the Mercury escape tower and the Saturn rocket family tests? I find them very intresting.

There was a "boilerplate" test add on known as Little Joe availible at AVSIM for the Apollo program but I could never get it to work.

As far as Project Mercury, there are none that I'm aware of.
