Is their an MFD that can get you into Earth orbit from the Moon and Mars? Thanks!

There's TransX and IMFD, both of those will do it. You still need to know how to use them though.

I still don't know how to return my spacecraft to Earth from the Moon, with or without MFDs. Once my practice to return this to Earth is complete, I shall let you know the experience.

I'd say try to fly manually with infinite fuel (or refueling using the scenario editor).
It will give you experience on orbital mechanics.

In broad terms, this is what you need to do it:
Escape Moon's gravity » get into a solar orbit that brings you towards Earth » enter Earth's gravity influence sphere » enter a stable Earth orbit

For starters, try to imagine the Moon as any satellite orbiting Earth (which, in fact, is). It's just a very far and a huge satellite.
What do you do to undock and deorbit from ISS?
Here the only extra thing you have to perform is escaping satellite's gravity pull.

Watch this "raw" method:

I would learn IMFD. It has helped greatly. Although I ahven't gone to mars, I have returned from moon several times. My favourite thing to do is an inverted, direct, reentry, and landing. IMFD allows you to do such things, and is a powerful tool.
