Flight Question Real docking to ISS

Hello again.

I had been training and now I am able to launch the XR1 to ISS and meet with it where I want (aproximately) but for docking I have problems due to rotational movement of the ISS. I learned here to stop the rotation turning it prograde during the docking phase but I would like to know if there is another valid procedure and how they do that in real world.

There was another thread where I provided a rough outline on how to approach and dock with the ISS like NASA did it with the Shuttle.

It is a way to do it approximately the real way it was done. If you want to use the XR-2 instead of the Space Shuttle, just note that the docking port on the Shuttle is on the dorsal of the Orbiter in the payload bay, while in the XR-2 it is in the nosecone, so you need to adjust the attitude accordingly.

Lots of new acronyms for my level and I have to study it a little more.

Anyway, as I understand, both ships must be on LVLH and an Attitude MFD (as "autopilot") is needed for that. If not the station will be changing the attitude constantly. Is this correct?

Is TORVA maneuver the change from R-bar position to V-bar?
