Reading .mkr files?

What do I use to read .mkr files and possibly modify them?

Notepad. mkr are for planetary surface markers.

Actually I moved to Auch, small town 80 km away, for my job. Here's the marker for it, you can add it in Cities.mkr (there's Toulouse already)
