Unless it's a temporary mount of the BIOS partition to facilitate its upgrade / reflash.
 
Do you by any chance have a recent version of Microsoft Office installed? For some reason it creates this ghost drive if you choose to install a certain "Click-to-Run" thing.

I'm sure it's an office thing, because I have the same thing, and it says:

Microsoft Office Click-to-run 2010
(Protected) (Q:)
 
Be aware that uninstalling a software that creates virtual drives does not necessarily remove those virtual drives. You have to disable them before uninstallation.
 
Am I the only one with this reference?
