you'd better have ntkrnlmp.exe on your system, its a part of the window Kernel, if you don't have it, your in deep, deep trouble!

Perhaps the file is hidden then, I mean, it wouldn't tell me that a file that doesn't exist is causing my problems, can you give me the location of it so I can manually look for it?

you need to go to:
Tools > Folder Options > View
Then push 'Show hidden files and folders' and uncheck 'Hide protected operating system files', then it will be visible, as to where it is I Don't know. Once your done, I highly recommend you recheck the 'Hide protected operating system files', to stop yourself doing something stupid without realizing.

You don't have to look for it, it's there in your system. But if you want to find the file, it's in C:\WINDOWS\System32.

No, the last major change was partitioning my hard drive, and windows still worked fine after that.
