No, not for Orbiter 2010.

And it will run in Orbiter 2010-p1.

Note: Mercury is officialy for Orbiter 2005. With all the things from above you can perform the mission in Orbiter 2010-p1 but there are some bugs like no needle for altitude gauge, no exhaust texture for the Atlas... small things like that

but there is nothing stopping someone having Orbiter 2006 with the project mercury addon installed. Orbiter 2006P1 + 2010P1 can both co-exist quite happily
