I like the site! However the large header image should maybe only be shown on the home page. Scrolling down every time I go to a new page is somewhat annoying.

More like a couple of months. These things aren't simple or easy to do and if you think you'll have a slick design in a few days I think you are over estimating the ease.

May I ask what your site offers that the combination of this forum and Orbithangar doesn't have?
