OUIPC....available?

Being quite new to Orbiter, and very familiar with FSUIPC, I discovered that "Reverend" is developing OUIPC.......

I've seen it mentioned on numerous sites, but can not find a link...

Is it available? I am trying to see what commands it currently supports..

It is contained in [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2665"]this addon[/ame], which is unrelated to it, it just includes it because it needed OUIPC to function. I found OUIPC to be quite buggy.
