I put them in the mp3 file and when I get to the radio all it says that I have is the default and the default, I'm afraid, is wearing thin.

You need to either add your files to the orbitersound_playlist.m3u or delete the playlist.

This is all detailed in "ReadMe How to add more Mp3.txt" in the same folder.

I came here to fly spaceships! not to read!! :embarrassed:

thanks

You wont get anywhere in Orbiter without reading :P you'll just keep crashing back to the planet !.

I ran into the same problem and actually tried adding songs to the playlist using Winamp, and still couldn't get anything other than the default track. Eventually I realized that through modern computing i could tab out of Orbiter, play my music through iTunes as per usual, and tab back in.

Orbiter, play my music through iTunes as per usual, and tab back in.

Sometimes that can lead to orbiter not recognising keystrokes so I tend to run orbiter in windowed mode and have access to iTunes there. It's important to have quick and easy access to my ummu wakeup song collection. :P

That still leads to loss of keyboard control. That is why I have my music player configured with some nice keyboard shortcuts.

True but I find it happens less in windowed mode than in full screen, I've also found that alt-tab can lead to some really interesting colour combinations on the MFD's so avoid it where possible :P
