I don't think there is at the moment, however if you know you will be spending the majority of your time in LEO, you can use the texture, and if you are planning to do an interplanetary trip, switch it back to default. Kinda cumbersome, but bat files make it a lot easier. :)
 
I have a set of addons that I install every time I make a new Orbiter install.

FuelMFD (listed earlier)

Scenario Editor TLE
Add-on Description:
Modified version of Scenario Editor with NORAD TLE (Two-Line Element Sets) import support.
Used NORAD SGP4/SDP4 orbital model for calculation state/speed vectors of earth-orbiting objects.
C++ Source code for the SGP4/SDP4 algorithms was developed by Michael Henry
Installation:
Copy ScnEditorTLE.dll to Orbiter \Modules\Plugin\ directory and activate ScnEditorTLE in Modules tab.
Changes from standard Scenario Editor:
Added button "Load TLE" on "State vectors" tab of vessels parameters. Button active in Earth ref.equator(fixed)cartesian mode only.
Orbiter must be paused during editing!

Remote Control v4
Add-on Description:
This addon is an update for Orbiter's default RControl module. The DLL replaces the old one.
For more information, see the PDF manual included in the package.

GPWS Replacement wav's
Add-on Description:
A set of replacement wav's for Orbiter that are a bit easier on the ears. :)

Equation MFD
Add-on Description:
Equation MFD shows you several useful equations and allows you to calculate the value of a variable from the value of the others in the equation. Please post suggestions and critics in the Equation MFD thread in the Addons Forum. A manual with five tutorials is included. In V1.10 buttons for copy and paste from the stack clipboard were added. Some mispelling in variable help was corrected. This is the first 2006_sdk compilation

I've put them into a zip file that I can extract into the Orbiter directory.

Could someone redo the X-71s with complete textures, landing gear, VC, and deployable armadillo? I know that sounds like a lot, but there are some pretty detailed addons out there.

Also, as there is only one horizon.dds texture for ALL planets, the Earth enhancement wrecks the atmospheres for other planets.

Instead of bat files I use Jones Mod Enabler to shift various config files in and out to the same effect. Eg. Earth.cfg and Horizon.dds can be restored to default easily for trips beyond LEO.

Absolute Killrot, by Enjo, is a good module to have, especially if you perform a lot of long burns manually, or if you spend a lot of time at high rates of time compression and don't want to get dizzy watching your screen.

may I suggest that the addons page becomes a direct link page?

That way you right click and select "get all these with getright" and you just dooooooowwwwwnllloooooad... Instead of click click click click... etc... "oh there it is" and then download... :P
