AeroBrakeMFD Orbiter encounters error aerobraking over Moon

Hi all,

Whenever I try to use the AeroBrakeMFD to get myself on a de-orbiting course for Brighton Beach on the Moon, I get the message 'orbiter.exe has encountered a problem and has to close' when a landing point is created on the MFD (My orbit leads me to crash).

I don't really need the MFD, as I can just retrograde until I descend towards the base (once I am very close), but I would like to know what si wrong.

AeroBrake MFD is for atmospheric reentry, it's made not for landing on airless bodies.

OK, is that why Orbiter crashes?

I just thought I could use it to establish a 'crashing' point at the base, and thrust as necessary. I guess I can use Map MFD for that.

I don't know why orbiter crashes, but you can use map MFD.

AeroBrake MFD is for atmospheric reentry, it's made not for landing on airless bodies.

It doesn't matter. This is still a real bug. Aerobrake MFD should not crash just because you turn it on over an airless body.

And it should still compute an impact point for zero atmosphere.

I have also encountered this problem.

This also happens whenever I load a Space Shuttle.
