I got it as part of the X-15 addon, which I don't think works in Orbiter 2010. There's another version which does work in the Hyperdart beta HERE.

I use to use Sync-Orbit MFD to travel between moons and planets, but my DT-MIN kept shifting A LOT, so it was rather hard and extremely tedious.
