I reported this regarding Launch MFD a few days ago:

Seems there was a similar issue with Hover MFD:

Now, I've had a stuck linear thruster occur after the autoburn finished in IMFD (r 55).
Too early to tell for sure, but I am starting to suspect that there is a general issue in Orbiter 2016 in which thrusters are getting stuck on when an 'autopilot' or 'autoburn' routine finishes.
Perhaps it would be good if there was a utility to force all thrusters to shut down? Would this be difficult?
