General Question Orbiter 2016 CTD when in Fast forward

I get this regular, if there is a vessel which "tries to land".
I.e. an empty first-stage, if it touches the ground, and there might be no way to stop the vesse (Status IDLE/Landed).
If I left this vessel within my scenario and start time-warp, two issue happens normaly in such cases:
1. the "landing/crashig" vessel jumps into outer-space
or
2. Orbiter CTD'ed, might be caused by the touchdown-calculations-overkill during time warp.

So..short version:
Make sure that all vessels are in a "controlled/normal" state before engaging time-warp.
