Problem Orbiter 2006 and Windows 7

I search through the threads and couldn't find anything reguarding this issue. Im running windows7 and orbiter 2006. The reason being is because im trying to host ORRL. And since that only runs in orbiter 2006 I am kind of stuck with it. So Im getting some sky texture issues

this is a screenshot when first starting the wideawake/winged launch/Dg scenerio. Now as soon as I push F1 into the cockpit and back out again I get this:


Notice the sky? The error is consistant and repeatable everytime. IS this a windows 7 issue? This also happens with ATI or Nvidia GPU's. Anyway to fix this or is everybody that has windows 7 and trys to join the server going to have same issue?
