Updated configurations and Orbiter 2016 scenarios for "Old Atlas Series"

Multistage2015 and Spacecraft 4 required

You'll need all the files for OLD-Atlas-Series and required addons:

Download the old addons and extract all files to a folder. Move all to Orbiter 2016 except the Modules folders (don't place old 2010 modules into 2016 - in doubt reinstall Multistage 2015 and Spacecraft 4).

Then overwrite with this 2016 update.

The only change for now is placing the rockets at their historical pads for the mission scenarios.
The Multistage and Spacecraft configs are the same as before (inaccurate in some cases) and there's no guidance. It's a starting point for more specific addons or updates - landers might be redone using VB someday.

Following the steps above, everything works perfectly
For d3d9 users, don't forget to copy config folder and past it in Modules/Server
