Vessel New Glenn addon inspired by BrianJ's Falcon 9

So I redid this:
crashed/landed here:

watching in slow mode. It looks like the rocket was detached before t-0. So maybe the ignition needs to start earlier?

Thanks. Fix the LP36 code. But no idea how to get the 1stage to auto land

Just for grins, I changed to the 1stage to falcon9 1st stage when sep. Just to see if she landed but she crashed

I wonder if need to increase values from the Falcon9 code? since the NG is larger,.....

I increased some values in the code. More fuel reserve. But this is where it landed instead

Any ideas??

I redid the meshes of the 1st Stage and Interface. I would like to smooth them out more?

But no joy on the 1st stage landing.

So I tired this. use the falcon9 code and rebuilt the 1st and 2nd stage. Changing the mesh and animation. But it seems when she landed on the barge she moved around and crashed?

If I use the Falcon TD it lands good but into the barge

The tip over has something to do with the 1 stage height reference points and the gear extension. Put both first stages on there barges with gear up

and then extended the gears.

Here it is. Since this is using the Falcon9 code thrust/exhaust, attachment for the payload are off.

Keys for the mount are 1/2 detach the Sat's.

I am going to be away for 2 weeks. Then I can look at how to get the NG to land using the NG specs.

Not sure if anyone has tried the zip. I can redo the attachment and exhaust textures.

Then the next one is to modify the thrusts,....
Get the launch correct. Then auto land. Help is needed though

zip works fine, tried some different "Falcon 9 missions" and always bullseye landings on Jacklyn.

//const double STG1MAINTH1 = 923300;//825111;//741000;////////
const double STG1RCSTH = 50000;
const double STG1DRYMASS = 120000;//22500;//25600;//19350;

This is the latest. It still uses the Falcon9 specs as far as thrust.,.....

I saw this for stage 1:
Fuel mass: 420 tons STG1FUELMASS 12.2500014 kg?

Ox mass: 69 tons

GS1 dry mass: 58008 tons so drymass 1691.9001934 kg?

So a hack is too make the main vessel to these specs. And then keep the 1st stage the falcon specs for autoland.
