"MARCO POLO - ANITA" PROBE MISSION

The Marco Polo mission is the first Italian attempt to send a
probe toward our satellite. The probe consists of two main
parts: the orbiter, designed to orbit around the moon and to
carry out photographic and topographical surveys with other
experiments, and Anita, a small lander that will have the
task of studying the composition of lunar dust and its
imperceptible hydrogen atmosphere. This mission is considered
also the first step for sending Italian astronauts on the
Moon.
The launch is scheduled for 18:43:45'', July 29th 2018, by
Uranus B carrier rocket (a two-stage rocket version of Uranus
rocket that has been already used to launch the Poderosa
module, avaiable on Orbit Hangar). The entry into lunar orbit is scheduled for August
1st 2018. After several days of surveys, experiments and
testing of ANITA onboard instruments, the probe will be
released August 16th at 08:16:00" UTC. As soon as moon
landing will be confirmed, it will follow by a waiting time
of 48 hours spent which the mechanical arm will activate and the
first surveys will take.

Install instructions:
Unzip the marcopolo.rar file and copy all the folders in uncompressed marcopolo folder, then copy them to your main orbiter directory

This add-on is a little outdated but I think it is very nice add-on and i'll post it anyway.

Tested on Orbiter 2006 P1 and 2010 P1

I have so many problems with this add-on. I had CTD everytime i tried to jettison the probe. I've read Uranusb.ini and decided to create ''poloorbiter.ini'' file (copy of ''marcopolo.ini'').
Then I realized that i'm not able to jettison Anita Lander so I decided to edit ''poloorbiter.ini'' again and change mesh to ''poloorbiter.msh'' and set Anita Lander as a payload.
Now everything is working except the animations of antenna and solar panels of the Marcopolo probe. Tested every key combination and nothing is working.
Is there any way to fix that?

Uhm.. this add on is child of ancient developing era by Forum Orbiter Italia.. for example, it uses LOLA MFD for Orbiter 2006.. if i remember, there is a mesh which is not used for active animations, but only as a "mirror" for the Uranus B payloads.. are you recalling that one?

Hi, thank you for fast reply.
from what i know there are two models- one that is used as a payload mesh and the second one without lander module.
None of them is working properly for me.
