C++ Question Maintain ISS attitude

Has somebody written an add-on that maintains the ISS attitude like in real life? LUA Script or something? Else how can I do that on my own using C++ (LUA is fine too). Just that I'm not a developer and don't know how to really code

I installed ISS today. But to make it work I need GenericVessel. I went to the download link but it doesn't start downloading. Can you please post a working link to it?
(I was not able to download ISS that day)
