Launch Autopilot

Hi all,

Can anyone direct me to a launch autopilot that works for any launcher? I find the multistage2 autopilots veru hard to use accurately because they don't update to the environment or give any input of their own, and it can be hard split-second timing a MECO to get the perfect altitudes.

I also tried LaunchMFD and found it a little tedious to have to launch manually.
