Thanks a lot for making a complete addon of the Pegasus!
You achieved what was tried several times but never got completed.

It is a great looking addon! Maybe I will try over the Christmas holidays to travel the solar system in one big round trip.

Also a big thanks for including my old Ares lander. Amazing, the old bug still flies
For those being challenged landing a tail-sitter: You might want to use LazyD's LOLA Mfd.

Lola mfd...yea. There are so many versions of it, I do not know which one to install.
The one I currently using throw me into nana space. It is this version: Build 120403, API 100830
And the Ares lander do not show up. But the original p-Ares-training.scn work.
And I do not have a clue how to use the Ares lander since there is no documentation about it.
Otherwise it is a awesome add on for Orbiter.

Last night I did some tests, accelerated to spend fuel and finished reaching over 60 000 km / sec. It would have been better a more limited amount of fuel, the ship in the series reaches more than 500 km / sec using the sun's gravity assist.

Haven't dl yet, but looks very promising. I've done a Pegasus model, and it took me a lot of time solely to assembly it correctly. Is amazing did you manage to cover the entire show! Great work :thumbup:

What a wonderful addition to Orbiter. Very well done!

I am just having one minor problem. I seem unable to unattach Orpheus from Pegasus, so I can begin descent to Venus. I have tried to undock using Control D but that does not work for me. I am sure I am missing something very obvious but would be grateful for any advice. Thank you very much for your help. Regards. Upkeep.

Mr Martian, I have troubles with the Ares lander.
It did not show up docked to Pegasus.
But the default Ares trainer scenario do show the Ares lander docked to it's mother ship.
And I can't get the Ares lander to work with keyboard commands in the Ares trainer scenario.
What am I doing wrong?
It looks like an awful add on and want to resolve the issues I have.

i am not quite sure what is going wrong for u, i installed the pegasus ad on to an untouched copy of orbiter and had no issues. the Ares lander does have some minor bugs, such as UMMU bugs and keyboard control bugs. try piloting the lander from the VC.

Beautiful addons, a classic reference for orbiter, magnifies the virtual cockpit, maybe in future versions windows can be closed against the sun, good dive.

you need to detach it from Pegasus then undock it.

This is a wonderful addon,but how do you transfer a crew member to a lander?,I did what the text in the cockpit told me,and used alt+number of crew member,but when I selected 1,or 0 all crew were on EVA by dock,and no one was transfered to the lander,also when you push A to detatch the solar panels it turns on the magnetic field. The solar panels won't detatch using left shift+num0 either will the Landers too.
