Hey, i decided to make the Pegasus space ship from the BBC Voyage to the Planets film. this ad on comes with the Pegasus spaceship, and all of its landers. this ad-on probably has some minor bugs, and i intend on releasing updated versions later.

i spent about two months on this ad-on, so it would mean a lot to me if you could rate or leave a comment. tell me if you like it, and if you don't, tell me where i went wrong :) please also report any bugs, and i will try my best to fix them.

hope you like it.

 I've just been having a look at the zip file and you've really covered everything from the show. This looks absolutely amazing and I'm looking forward to taking her for a trip around the solar system.

thanks for the feedback :) it means a lot to me. enjoy!

Looks really good! Well done. Looking forward to exploring the Solar System as well. :)

you're right. to lower the size, i could always remove the L8 textures and make a separate ad-on for them, if you think its a good idea...

That may be a good idea, yes. Many of us already have the textures we want planets to have, and either don't want them to be overwritten or just don't want to download them.

Trying out Pegasus now, though. Wow! As Gary said, you've covered everything! This'll be fun.

Grt job..

This is a very detailed and thoughtful addon. You've included a lot of content, now I have a lot of vehicles to play with!

Looks good...Can,t wait to try it out..
Hey I tried to dl it and suppose to go in to orbiters root when extracted..I not receiving and not showing up in orbiters scenarios..Still a noobie here..LOL

The archive contains a root folder called ISV Pegasus. Extract the contents of that folder (not the archive root!) into your Orbiter directory.

I have a question though, do I have to install the Pegasus Ares lander addon separately, because I'm getting a crash when trying to load the A Martian Welcome Scenario.

Nevermind, Directx9 problem.

I noticed a small graphical glitch - the hangar bay doors from adjacent hangars overlap when fully opened, but only on one side of the ship.

Otherwise, excellent addon

Thanks a lot for making a complete addon of the Pegasus!
You achieved what was tried several times but never got completed.

It is a great looking addon! Maybe I will try over the Christmas holidays to travel the solar system in one big round trip.

Also a big thanks for including my old Ares lander. Amazing, the old bug still flies :)
For those being challenged landing a tail-sitter: You might want to use LazyD's LOLA Mfd.

I don't think they ever opened side-by-side bays in the show, so it may not be a graphics glitch, but an operations error instead. Could be wrong: It's been at least a year since I saw it last.

thanks for the feedback. i am aware of this design fault. the doors are roughly to scale to the original movie. i think this would happen to the real Pegasus if you attempted to open all the doors at once, so the trick is to only open one at a time.
