Reminds me of someone who commented a few months ago that he never used time compression, not even x10. This limited him to cislunar flights with the computer running for days on end.
Well, my computer runs 24/7... in fact, I can't sleep without hearing the fan, but taking 5 days to get to the Moon? Thanks, but no thanks
This only for a little more precision? :huh:I ran a realtime mars mission for over 6 month on a dedicated orbiter machine :beach:

Ah, ok, I understand. :lol:There is nothing like the thrill of seeing mars for the first time after that time!
What I do in cases like this is use scenario editor to set the date ahead, with "propogate
osculating elements" checked.
I also do missions in real time. Phoenix, aim, shuttle missions, dawn, etc. I have a "current_reality" scenario which has all these, and more.
