General Question How does the site's new add-on updating process work?

Can anyone here explain to me how this site's new add-on updating process works? At the moment, I'm planning to give minor updates to my STPSP: Bajor and STPSP: Romulus add-ons, but I can't seem to figure out how how to properly upload the files.

Beware! I tried to update one of my addons by using "post and update" and ended up deleting the main addon by mistake.
I think some fields might be mislabeled. "Change addon type" allows you to upload a new(?) zip...

So evidently they haven't quite got the update feature working properly quite yet.
