Question how do I make runway segments in Surface Base Wizard?

I need some help with creating runways in Surface Base Wizard When ever I make them they look like this and I all so need some help with the beacon arrays

it does not matter I just copied them from the KSC run way but I still need help with the lights

Erm, what kind of light help, and doesn't it come with some basic hangars?

yes it comes with some hangars I was talking about some that you can enter and the light help I need is wear to put the Beacon arrays and what I should put in for the PAPI and VASI on the runway lights
