I study geology, but I'm also passionate about space flight. I discovered Orbiter a few years ago, and since then I have fun simulating flights and geological excursions to the Moon or other planets
I've tried the new Orbiter 2016 beta with terrain elevation and is fantastic!!

Hello. I agree with you. The terrain model is fantastic. You must see for yourself the terrains around Mariner Valley. I flew across the valley and the journey is enjoyable. You can look around to see the geological features of the valley at a height of about 13-15 km.
