OHM Gusev Crater Hires texture

Gusev-crater hires texture. This is a hires texture 2x2 k for the gusev-crater mesh from Robert Stettner available at www.avsim.com. The colour of the texture is adapted for level10 Mars, available at one of the Orbiter download mirrors. There is also a medium res 1x1k version. Included is a gusev-crater.cfg file to align the mesh with the level10 landscape and a mars.cfg file for atmospheric colour. See readme.txt for installation.

It's a very nice visual update, and it really makes the crater look nicer. Unfortunately, I can't update the Mars textures to match since Avsim got hacked into. (Then again, I only use Orbiter 2005)
