General Question Galaxy Development

No problem. If you need anymore help just ask.

ok, i'll do that.

and i believe you totally what you said earlier. multistage can be hard to grasp at first. thanks for all the help

I realized that I should have added this extra stuff in the tutorial awhile ago so I went ahead and updated it.

your tutorial was a help. if you want i could help you improve it, since i am still on the learning side of all this.

Sure. That would be good to have a readers opinion.

sending PM about this to you now.

for Galaxy, i've gotten all the stages to fire, but unfortunately i cannot have the fairing remain attached until atmospheric entry. i was thinking that i could just make a stage that looks exactly like the lander be visible, have the actual lander not render until fairing sep. and one you get past entry you can jettison the fairings.

or i could possibly replace the lander stage with an empty, a single invisible speck, this would remove the problem of having a second lander come out of the back of the new lander.

is it even possible to have an empty?

i've just tried several times

To have an empty what?

it's a term for an invisible object. in this case i want a single point to be the entire mesh. or will i need an cube with just a completly transparent matierial?

ok, thanks ar81. i'll do that soon.
