Starting from FD1 scenario (included), I've launch and rendezvous with ISS in 30 minutes realtime. The rendezvous is done on Sunday, at 18:30 UTC. I forgot to capture the launch too and I'm off to about 9 hours for docking, I think because of the higher initial orbit after the first burn. The first time I tried this I got a rendezvous around 10:00, which was quite accurate.
Here's the video, it cannot be called a tutorial, but maybe someone will find it helpful. You can suggest tips for making it more real.
