Request Flat Cape Canaveral area

Could someone who is better versed with terrain editing than me please flatten the general Cape Canaveral area. Right now, it is way to uneven
with major roads having visible rises when they are supposed be very flat and even, one such example is the Orbiter Tow Way that connects the Shuttle Landing Facility (SLF)
runway with the general Launch Complex 39 area. Same goes with the Crawlerway, the large road way that connects the Vehicle Assembly Building (VAB) with the two LC39 pads.

And it doesn't end with Launch Complex 39 as the KSC Industrial Area some 20 km south of LC39 have the same hilly terrain issue when it is supposed to be flat.
A bonus would be the removal of the little bit of land that juts out in the Turn Basin of LC39 that currently has a default "HANGAR3" base object on it to simulate the
Pegasus transport barge that was used to transport shuttle External Tanks (ET) from the manufacturing plant in Michoud, Louisiana to KSC.
 
Would be nice to have a default flattened Cape in Elev_mod (at least for the next release).
I don't know how much flattening "detail" there is with the stock (or Hi-res) resolution, but at least the pads and a couple of areas desperately need it (it is the main Earth port after all).
It's been on my to-do-list for a long time, hopefully I can get round to it soon, but it seems I'm always trying to get off planet ASAP;)
 
I had to flatten LC41 for the Viking project, so I did the Visitors centre as well.
These are for Earth hires Elev and Surf.

No more bumps, floating buildings and the shadows sit properly
 
Any of the Launch Complex 39 area, including the Orbiter Tow Way that connects LC39 with the SLF? It has to leave the Turn Basin alone except for this area:

All these areas look very flat (except for "trees") in my setup, and I don't have any .flt files installed for them. I suspect it might be the Elev_mod files included in the Falcon9 and Heavy addons?

LC39 is not flat by default, although it looks like it is. Only the pad areas and the SLF runway has had any flattening applied. You can test the flatness by using the attached scenario. In the camera window (Ctrl-F1) make sure the Sensitivity slider is at the midway point and on Ground tab, make sure Follow Terrain Below is set to 50. Now just move down the Crawlerway where the scenario starts using Ctrl-Up arrow and you'll immediately notice how the camera keeps bumping up and down, this is due to the not very flat terrain. So in the words of Obi-Wan Kenobi: "Your eyes can deceive you, don't trust them."

Also, the area in the red box in the attached screenshot needs to go as well as it's just supporting a stand-in "HANGAR3" object as the External Tank transportation barge named "Pegasus". As you can see in the second screenshot, I have an actual mesh ready to go, just need to get rid of that terrain support for the HANGAR3 object and place in the actual barge in its place.

OK, so you want super flat! I checked it'd be for crawlers etc. (would be a nice addon in O16)

So to give you an idea of what's doable with a .flt (current O16 hires elev resolution), here's part of the strip (raised for demonstration purposes)

And for the Barge I think this pretty close to as good as it gets. Note 1m is the minimal res. in the vertical.
