Problem EVA mesh for CEV-Pegase using CEV MFD ??

Just re-installed Orbiter with the CEV-Pegase add-on from Mustards website.
Now however I can't use the CTV MFD allowing me to EVA from this vehicle stating I am missing the "CTV EVA" mesh.

Was there a additional add-on that I'm missing here ?
Any help would be appriciated.
