OK, finally made the .cfg that employed the Prometheus LES adaptor (ETS LES), and successfully made it to orbit. It does require a lot of fuel from the Prometheus, though. Is there any way to employ either the Rigel or Sirius stage to help with the push to orbit?

Why would you need it - I just managed to put Prometheus to 226km x 6 235 km equatorial orbit launched from CSSC.

LV setup:

no second stage, ETS LES, Prometheus Shuttle fully fueled.

Maybe I wasn't flying the Themis right, then.
Side note: could you make it so that the LES could be used to help with the burn to orbit, as a sort of final kick stage? After all, why pack it all the way up to 7.1 km/s and then throw it away?

Just press CTRL-A after core stage MECO.

I may mislead you. IIRC emeregency stage works only while SRBs are firing.

OK, the Velcro Delta II's second stage makes a dandy kick stage for the Navigator:
