More progress this evening. The second coat of paint has been applied to frame, joystick mount, and throttle mount, as well as to the rudder pedals. I'm no Michelangelo, but I'm pleased with how it has turned out. I will probably bring it back out at some point and do a little sanding/touch up work in some spots, but I'm ready to get this wrapped up and get flying. The DCS A-10C is calling my name... 
Once the paint dries, I'll need to re-attach the rudder mount boards, bring it inside and re-attach the flight controls. After that, I'll capture one more photo of everything installed and in place and declare 'Project Complete.'
