DeltiaGlider IV Setting Nav

I just started to recently get back into Orbiter and i been getting fit with DeltaGlider IV again and i don't know a hole lot about using the sim so i am using the DG IV for now getting use to things but I can get into orbit by the computer PR903Spec42 but then once im in orbit i Target The ISS for docking and it says i need to Set Nav 1 for Frequency docking. The thing is im not sure exactly what its asking, i can find the location of Nav 1 and 2 and the third thing XPDR which is below it but im not sure what Frequency i should set it on. Like how do i know which frequency to use, is there some sort of math problem involved or what? Please help thanks

Well, while I'm of the opinion that *everything* is in some way a mathematics problem, this one's easier.

In Orbiter, the key combination CTRL-I will bring up an object information window. From there select Spacecraft (or is it Vessels) then ISS. A wealth of information about whatever you selected will be shown, including frequencies for docking ports. Just pick the one you want to use.

You could also use the target button, "TGT", in the Com/Nav MFD. It will give a menu from which you can select not only ISS, but the docking port you want and it will set the frequency automagically.

well i have been doing the "TGT", in the Com/Nav MFD and i choose dock 1 and i try to execute the computer in the DG IV and it still Says no signle from Nav 1. I also did Ctrl+I and i changed the frequency myself to 137.40 MHz aswell as Nav 2 and i tried to execute it again and it still does not work i also set the XPDR to what the ISS is set at but its still a No Go....

Oh, that's different. Having the right frequency set doesn't guarantee you'll get a signal. Once you set the frequency in Nav 1, bring up the Docking MFD and make sure it's set to Nav 1. See if it's showing any signal. It's probably not. It sounds like you're too far from ISS to pickup a signal.

The DG-IV docking autopilot is for just that -- docking. It won't coordinate a rendezvous. You'll need to get close enough to pick up the docking signal first. I don't recall what the range is -- maybe 30 km or so.
