I made a DeltaGlider Dark.

Read the readme file in the zip file for more information.
It will replace your old Delta-Glider Black (if you have installed)!

Albedo seems to be Zero here! Alternatively it will have to operate outside the Mars orbit

Fun fact: Vantablack was actually used on some of the first-gen Starlink satellites to reduce its visible magnitude. Ran into the problems you described.

Stealth in space, maybe that's the idea.

But ultimately futile, I suspect. All the incoming radiation (plus anything generated on the ship) has to be re-emitted one way or the other. If not by direct reflection, then as black body radiation. You may need detectors for a longer wavelength band, but you'd still spot it.
