General Question Creating custom multistage launch scenarios

I'm trying to create a scenario where I launch the Ares-1 Lander to Mars using the CTV-01-B as the transfer vessel and the Jupiter V-X as the launch vehicle.

I can easily get the Ares-1 attached to the CTV, but I cannot figrue out how to the make the Jupiter launch with the CTV inside.
