Hardware Control Position in XL5.

When running scenarios with XL5 there are two available positions to con the vessel.
Position 1 ) is from the shuttle (fireball junior) where you have a great view.

Position2 ) is from Fireballs astro dome above the rocket at the front.

In order to con from position 1 , I need to restart computer and run the scenario as the first instance.

Has any one else come across this?

If so is there a way around it?
