When I want to change the "Now" date in the scenario editor, it enters the date in UTC. I have to manually change it to EST. How do I change the configuration of the scenario editor to use EST?

There are no timezones in Orbiter, it's all UTC*, so you'll need to handle conversions yourself.

*) actually it's not exactly UTC but instead TDB (Barycentric Dynamical Time).

There are many tools like this one(not so helpful)

could't find anything that runs on windows10. Try this (unfortuneatly I don't know who it's from)
It's a program I dowloaded from the hangar many years ago, can't find a link any more, it translates all time syntaxs and saves to a ,scn file if you wish.
